Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons carrot powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and cumin to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, carrot powder, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a small amount of water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach the desired consistency.
Add salt and cumin to taste. Blend again to incorporate the seasonings evenly.
